  14. Can someone please advise me. I have had problems with a 17"
  15. Dell monitor (UltraScan 17XE) and as compensation Dell have
  16. offered to replace it with a Trinitron 21" Dell monitor. I
  17. have not used a 21" monitor before so I am a little skeptical
  18. as to whether accept their offer or request a replacement 17"
  19. monitor. They have also offered to give my money back, which I
  20. could do and buy a Sony 17" Multiscan ? I have 2mB of video
  21. Ram, which Dell assure me is enough to use this giant monitor.
  22. I am also afraid that I may not get the picture quality from
  23. such a big screen as I do on my present 17" screen. Please
  24. give your comments.
